Why don’t we use the Bristol Stool Chart to categorise as this is recognised classification.

I agree with Norma, no point in re-inventing the wheel, especially as stool chart is well used throughout the country

From a data standards viewpoint items such as this would cause problems as there are 2 concepts within the values, ie skin symptoms and skin diseases.
