Tags are like labels that allow things to be related. For example, there might be a continence tool and a pain tool that are for children. You could add a ‘children’ tag then add that tag to these tools.
Now clicking the children tag will show you all the groups, tools, news items that are relevant.
There isn’t anything hidden to non-members at the moment- it will affect the ability to edit stuff.
